ACPICA: Fixes for external Reference Objects

All Reference Objects returned via the AcpiEvaluteObject interface
are now marked as type "REFERENCE" instead of "ANY". The type ANY
is now reservered for NULL objects - either NULL package elements
or unresolved named references.
