ide: mark "hdx=remap" and "hdx=remap63" kernel parameters as obsoleted Mark "hdx=remap" and "hdx=remap63" kernel parameters as obsoleted (they are layering violation and should be dealt with in the same way as done by libata - device-mapper should be used instead).
