sh: mach-se: Rip out superfluous 7751 PIO routines. MRSHPC is wholly unused here, no need to trap it specially. If support is added in the future it can be taken care of via platform data like on the others. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
