video: vt8500: fix Kconfig for videomode

OF_DISPLAY_TIMING and OF_VIDEOMODE Kconfig entries have been removed,
and VIDEOMODE_HELPERS should be used now. Fix the Kconfig for VT8500
driver to reflect this.
