V4L/DVB (7847): Simplifies Kconfig rules Since all tuners are dependent of I2C, move I2C dependency to MEDIA_TUNER. Also, simplifies the dependencies for the other Kconfig items. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@infradead.org>
