cnss2: Add PCI DRV support PCI DRV (Direct Resource Vote) is a feature that hands off PCI resources to DRV subsystem (ADSP) and put PCI link in a newly defined state for power save mode so that while AP subsystem is suspended, WLAN device can still directly access DDR for paging operations without waking up AP subsystem. Add the corresponding support in CNSS driver for WLAN. Change-Id: I162764a1e274f29ea58b9dfd206639207c620a42 Signed-off-by: Yue Ma <yuem@codeaurora.org>
