iommu/amd: Make sure IOMMU is not considered to translate itself The IVRS table usually includes the IOMMU device. But the IOMMU does never translate itself, so make sure the IOMMU driver knows this. Signed-off-by: Joerg Roedel <joerg.roedel@amd.com>
