spi: sirf: use SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS to initialize PM entries use SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS to initialize PM entries, this makes the codes clean and also enable the ability of hibernation support for sirf SPI.
