ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: renormalize based on recent additions The defconfig has drifted over time, as Kconfig entries have changed order or default values. Several maintainers ended up running 'savedefconfig' themselves which caused a cascade of conflicts. Let's do it once and for all in our tree before -rc2 instead.
