i2c: New bus driver for TI OMAP boards

i2c: New bus driver for TI OMAP boards

This patch adds I2C bus driver for various Texas
Instruments (TI) OMAP1/2 (http://www.ti.com/omap) series
based boards like OMAP1510/1610/1710/242x.
