iommu/amd: Support IOMMU_DOMAIN_DMA type allocation This enables allocation of DMA-API default domains from the IOMMU core and switches allocation of domain dma-api domain to the IOMMU core too. Signed-off-by: Joerg Roedel <jroedel@suse.de>
