ARM: dts: msm: Add GDSC GX support for SDM670 The AOP workaround BLK_ARES toggle is removed in SDM845-V2. Add the support for the same in SDM670, this adds the SW_COLLAPSE toggle and GPU_CLAMP_IO assert.
