x86, visws: use mach-default/entry_arch.h mach-default/entry_arch.h is exactly the same file as mach-visws/entry_arch.h, so include the first from the second, so that updates to the generic one get picked up by VISWS as well. Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
