ANDROID: goldfish_sync: upgrade to new fence sync api

goldfish_sync requires the following modifications
to bring it up:

- Copy and integrate goldfish_sync version of
sw_sync, from out of dma-buf driver.
- Don't delete timelines by itself; rely on put
