ide: extend timeout for REQ_TYPE_ATA_{CMD,TASK} requests
Extend timeout for REQ_TYPE_ATA_{CMD,TASK} requests from WAIT_CMD (10sec)
to WAIT_WORSTCASE (30sec, already used for REQ_TYPE_ATA_TASKFILE).
