ARM: dts: msm: reduce VDD_APC0/1 CPR floor voltage to 568 mV for sdm845
Reduce the absolute CPR floor voltage to 568 mV for most corners
of the VDD_APC0 power cluster and L3 as well as VDD_APC1
performance cluster cprh-regulator devices. This ensures
intermediate corners do not have their closed-loop voltage
artificially limited by the former floor voltages. This in turn
leads to a reduction in power consumption on some devices.
