MIPS: elf2ecoff: Ignore PT_MIPS_ABIFLAGS program headers. These are generated by very recent toolchains and result in an error message when attenpting to convert a kernel from ELF to ECOFF. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
