ARM: PNX4008: remove platform definitions from mach/timex.h mach/timex.h is only supposed to contain a definition for CLOCK_TICK_RATE. Remove additional includes, and move private definitions to a private header file. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
