ALSA: Updates about bug-reporting in ALSA-Configuration.txt

Updated the information about bug-reporting for HD-audio.
Mentioned alsa-info.sh and kernel bugzilla.  Removed ALSA BTS address
not to flood the unhandled reports any more.
