V4L/DVB (4252): Remove duplicate 'tda9887' in info messages. Remove the duplicate '(tda9887)' in these messages: tda9887 8-0043 (tda9887): tda988[5/6/7] found @ 0x43 (tuner) The same string is already printed as the prefix in this line.
