open-iscsi-headers.patch - common header files:
	- iscsi_if.h (user/kernel #defines and user/kernel events);
	- iscsi_proto.h (RFC3720 #defines and types);
	- scsi_transport_iscsi.h (transport API, transport #defines and types).
