regulator: cprh-kbss-regulator: support additional AVG settings
Add support to configure ACD_NOTWAIT_4_CL_SETTLE and
ACD_AVG_FAST_UPDATE_EN in the CPRH_REG_MISC_REG2
register. These settings are used to tune CPR/AVG operation.
