mmc: sdhci-pltfm: Fix timeout on t4240's sdhci controller

This patch fixes timeout problems on t4240's sdhci controller:

	mmc0: Too large timeout requested for CMD25!
	mmc0: Too large timeout requested for CMD25!
	mmc0: Too large timeout requested for CMD25!
