OMAPDSS: handle output-driver reg/unreg more dynamically Initialize and uninitialize the output drivers by using arrays of pointers to the init/uninit functions. This simplifies the code slightly. Signed-off-by: Tomi Valkeinen <tomi.valkeinen@ti.com>
