Staging: hv: rndis.h: typedef removal, part 2 This removes the rest of the typedefs in rndis.h The file is now checkpatch.pl clean. Note, there are a lot of structures in this file that are not used anywhere. I don't know if we want to remove them, but I guess they don't take up any space so it's a nice documentation trail.
