staging: dwc2: remove some indent levels

Instead of writing code like:

	if (dwc2_qh_is_non_per(qh)) {
		...
	} else {
		...
	}
	return;

write it like:

	if (dwc2_qh_is_non_per(qh)) {
		...
		return;
	}
	...
