staging: rtl8187se: fix checkpatch space and tab warnings

This patch fixes checkpatch issues regarding space and tab like:

WARNING: please, no spaces at the start of a line
ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
WARNING: suspect code indent for conditional statements (2, 4)
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxO)
