drm/radeon: handle cg in KB/KV dpm code Clockgating needs to be disabled around certain parts of dpm setup otherwise the smc gets into a bad state and dpm doesn't work properly. Signed-off-by: Alex Deucher <alexander.deucher@amd.com>
