ASoC: rsnd: rsnd_src_ssiu_stop() stops SSIU compulsorily

rsnd_src_ssiu_stop() is used to stop SSIU,
but it shouldn't depend on whether it is using SSIU.
This patch stops SSIU compulsorily.
