ARM: PCI: footbridge: provide a 'no swizzle' function for CATS CATS sets its swizzle function to zero, which at the moment means that no swizzling is required. Make this explicit for CATS. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
