msm: kgsl: Remove code that touches GFX clock In the new GMU firmware, the GMU will automatically handle turning the gfx3d clock on and off. It will turn it on when receiving the boot OOB. Remove the code in the GMU driver that touches the gfx3d clock to prevent dual ownership with the GMU firmware.
