ACPICA: Fix unmerged acmacros.h divergences. The 20121018 release depends on some unmerged acmaros.h fixes. This patch includes the fixes made on acmaros.h that will not affect the generated vmlinux binary. This patch will not affect the generated vmlinux binary.
