ALSA: usb-audio - Add quirk for Roland/Edirol M-16DX Added a half-working quirk for Roland/Edirol M-16DX. This enables the capture on the device but the playback on it seems still problematic becuase of lack of sync with the capture clock. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
