powerpc: Turn off verbose debug output in powermac platform functions This is along the lines suggested by Chris Lumens but goes further in that it leaves the DEBUG symbol undefined, making the DBG macro empty. Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
