ASoC: Minor SMDK64xx WM8580 cleanups Fix up some comments, remove all enable_pin() calls (edge widgets are all enabled by default) and mark the microphone as disabled by default since it requires a resistor fit to connect it. Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>
