reiserfs: balance_leaf refactor, split up balance_leaf_when_delete

Splut up balance_leaf_when_delete into:
balance_leaf_when_delete_del
balance_leaf_when_cut
balance_leaf_when_delete_left

Also reformat to adhere to CodingStyle.
