ARM: dts: msm: update LDO regulator HPM current thresholds for SDM845
Update the high power mode (HPM) current threshold for VRM
managed LDO rpmh-regulator devices in order to ensure system
stability. Change this threshold to 1 uA for all regulators
which power hardware blocks not managed by the APPS processor.
That way, all nonzero current requests from consumers on the
APPS processor will result in an rpmh request for HPM. This
guarantees that it is not possible for the APPS processor and
a remote processor to both vote for LPM when the total current
consumed is greater than the physical LDO threshold current.
Increase the HPM threshold for PM8998 LDO 2 to 30 mA in order
to match the hardware limit for this regulator since it is only
used by the APPS processor.
