ASoC: wcd: move DAPM widgets and routes out of codec driver structure Move DAPM widgets and routes from codec driver structure to component driver structure in all WCD and WSA drivers. These changes are in accordance with the upstream changes in ASoC between Linux-4.4 and Linux-4.9 versions.
