staging: ft1000-pcmcia: replace DEBUG macro with netdev_dbg

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl warning:
WARNING: Prefer [subsystem eg: netdev]_dbg([subsystem]dev, ... then
dev_dbg(dev, ... then pr_debug(...  to printk(KERN_DEBUG ...

Removing the macro also fixes:
WARNING: macros should not use a trailing semicolon
