OMAPFB: Move old omapfb private structs to a private include file include/linux/omapfb.h contains structs that are used only by the omapfb driver. Move the structs into drivers/video/omap/omapfb.h. Signed-off-by: Tomi Valkeinen <tomi.valkeinen@ti.com>
