staging: comedi: addi_apci_3xxx: boards do not have an eeprom All of the boards supported by this driver have a PCI 9054 chip without an attached eeprom. Remove the unused support code that reads the eeprom. Also, remove the unnecessary 'i_PCIEeprom' and 'pc_EepromChip' data from the boardinfo.
