microblaze: Standardise cpuinfo output for cache policy The current cpuinfo output for the cache policy has no leading tag:, making it difficult to parse. Add a leaning "Dcache-policy:" tag to this field. Signed-off-by: John A. Williams <john.williams@petalogix.com>
