cpufreq: blackfin: enable driver for CONFIG_BFIN_CPU_FREQ By mistake blackfin's cpufreq driver is enabled when CONFIG_BLACKFIN was present, whereas it should have been enabled only when CONFIG_BFIN_CPU_FREQ is present.
