posix acls: Remove duplicate xattr name definitions

Remove POSIX_ACL_XATTR_{ACCESS,DEFAULT} and GFS2_POSIX_ACL_{ACCESS,DEFAULT}
and replace them with the definitions in <include/uapi/linux/xattr.h>.
