arch/m68knommu: Removing dead M68KFPU_EMU config option CONFIG_M68KFPU_EMU doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore removing all references to it from the source. This Flags seems to exist only on m68k with mmu, and this dead blocks are copy paste.
