[PATCH] ahci: kill pp->cmd_tbl_sg With NCQ, there are multiple sg tables, so pp->cmd_tbl_sg doesn't cut it. Directly calculate sg table address from pp->cmd_tbl. Signed-off-by: Tejun Heo <htejun@gmail.com>
