Tools: hv: address compiler warnings for hv_fcopy_daemon.c

This patch addresses two types of compiler warnings:
... warning: unused variable .fd. [-Wunused-variable]
and
... warning: format .%s. expects argument of type .char *., but argument 5 has type .__u16 *. [-Wformat=]
