drm/amdgpu/cz/dpm: properly report UVD and VCE clock levels VCE, UVD DPM work similarly to SCLK DPM. Report the current clock levels for UVD and VCE via debugfs. Signed-off-by: Alex Deucher <alexander.deucher@amd.com>
