[ARM] 3020/1: Fixes typo error CONFIG_CPU_IXP465, which should be CONFIG_CPU_IXP46X Patch from Kenneth Tan The cpu_is_ixp465 macro in include/asm-arm/arch-ixp4xx/hardware.h is always returning 0 because #ifdef CONFIG_CPU_IXP465 is always false.
