power: reset: Disable SDI when dload mode is not supported Based on the kernel parameter download_mode, disable the SDI execution. Also disable SDI execution for kernel panic/crash scenarios. Currently SDI is getting executed for kernel crash/panic scenarios, but it does not required in these scenarios.
